Our meat is:

Made from 100 % Certified Organic pork
Cut, wrapped and frozen
Slaughtered on Farm under our Farm Gate Plus license
Cut and packaged on farm in our permitted facility

Prices are estimates based on 200 pound hang weight for a whole pig.
The amount of meat you will take home is approximately 60-65% of this.

WHOLE PIG

$7.80 per pound ($17.20/kg) plus $2.65 per pound ($5.84/Kg) for curing and $3.70 per pound (8.16/kg) for sausages

HALF A PIG
